| We can provide you Japanese-style room or Western style room with tatami. Both the rooms are without bath. | I've just made an on line reservation for Hotel Taisetsu Sounkyo check in 4th june & check out 5th june 2010 for 1 night (yuki- hotaru room ) using my credit card as security. I'm unable to retrieve the booking confirmation via e mail address as there is a prompt for " Access Code " - pl advise the access code & how i can get a booking confirmation as well as your cancellation policy, thanks | ||
